We have identified a workaround to download a report package: if you select the Output Type as Combined Report (instead of Individual Selected Reports) in the Summary Tab of the report package, you will be able to run and download the report.

We have identified an issue affecting the downloading of ZIP files in certain areas of Class App. As a temporary workaround, if you're downloading report packs, please download each pack separately.
